As a rather large family, the cost of eating out at restaurants can be rather prohibitive. I also hate to hear someone say at the end of the meal, well the company was great - but we could have eaten just as well at home! In other words - we do not eat out very often. However, towards the end of last year, my eldest son took me to visit Summerfield Botanical Gardens in Malkerns. I have now found the most perfect place to dine on special family occasions or when entertaining very special guests. Summerfield must surely be the best kept secret in Swaziland - and I just have to share news of this superlative garden estate with SwaziLive Bloggers. The Restaurant must be viewed to be appreciated, it has elegance and solitude and a superb hosts , and the best staff of waitrons that I have ever been priveledged to be served by.
